So, the very first base is designed to save the resources by placing hidden defenses at the hot spots for troops spamming.

If the attackers go for the cannon at the top, their troops will be funneled towards and walks into the spring traps. The opponent will surely drop their troops near the open wall and that gives a chance to save more resources. These types of bases are usually designed to protect the loot by placing the elixir and gold storage very far from each other.

Also, the position of the defenses will surely trick the opponent troops. The placement of spring traps and air sweeper is also thought upon to assure that they will not reach each compartment where the loot is available. Here we have another witty base design to protect our resources.

I really hate those sites or videos showing you dozens of bases they copied somewhere without making any deeper explanation why they work so for this reason you will only find bases here that I have tested myself.

Farm: 8. In Clan war this base also works but I rather recommend it for CWL because risking to protect the 2-Star rather than the 3-Star in Clan War works a lot better with this base.

The goal here is to force the attacker to actually use a really wide funnel to get into the base but also use that wide funnel to keep troops on the sides and have a last line of hard defenses before the core, which works pretty well and I also like the general trap setup here in this base that is really effective against many attackers.

Farm: If you really want to prevent that 3-Star, this base is a great fit for you — make sure to use 3x Ice Golem in your CC as well — and you can also run it in CWL but I think Clan War is better because a high percentage 2-Star there is helping more. Here we have a great TH12 base for pushing trophies up to Legend League that will protect your base and also defends several 1-Star.

The offset Town Hall here makes it practically impossible to not get 1-Star but the overall performance by saving you plenty of 2-Stars and 3-Stars is overall better than simply going for a base that will give you that one defensive victory every 20 or 30 attacks. You have nice spaces here that prevents Electro Dragons from getting too much value and the amount of small compartments are working well against ground attacks of any kind.

Farm: 3. I know that you need Dark Elixir at Town Hall 12 and farming that can be annoying — having a base that protects some of your Dark Elixir while away can be really helpful just look at the past 10 defenses of your base and sum up the Dark Elixir you lost. I like that the general setup of the compartments on the outside can make it messy to funnel a Queen Charge into the crucial part of the base in time.

The Town Hall is in this semi-exposed open compartment and the reason is you want to prevent at any cost that Yeti-Smash or Pekka-Smash attacks are able to funnel through the Town Hall into the rest of the base. Normally you see the Eagle Artillery being in the very center of a war base build, but this base here takes a different approach.

The Eagle Artillery is surrounded by dead zones to make it very difficult to actually funnel troops through it from that whole side. The only attacks that are able to actually get this base somewhere close to a decent 2-Star are attacks using PEKKA-Smash yes, forget about the air attacks, they will fail miserely against this TH12 War Base???? And there are many pitfalls for those attacks as well, like failing to create a proper funnel, failing to place the Earthquake Spells in the core right to open up the back of the base, etc.

Farm: 6. There used to be a time when we had the Town Hall exposed and surrounded by the heavy hitpoint buildings and traps and there have been so many players that still thought they are smarter than us and went all-in with a suicide mission for the Town Hall… well, that time is over.

Now the current builds rely more on having the Town Hall in the core again and mess with funneling and let it come down to a brutal honest attacking vs defending power style battle.

The Air Sweeper and Air Defenses will incorporate a wonderful protection specially against air strikes with this particular design.

Usually enough that the attacker may even neglect by the left side and that means it is possible to get some defensive wins too well if your guards have been well-upgraded!! This village can shield well when by confusing attacker and destroying their queen walk.

The cool thing here is that you have a core area with the Bomb Towers and Scattershots that deal massive impact damage to attacking troops at the point when they already grouped up so you will get a high impact here. Also, traps are around that area really heavy so also Balloons will suffer here a lot. Most attacks come in from the bottom side so you see there many additional traps to ruin attacks in the beginning and it makes sense to come in from the bottom side.

Really great base for the current meta. The cool thing here is that this split layout will divide troops so they will clear one half of the base and then have a hard time to get the other half either because running out of troops or lacking troop power at this point.

Here we have a great AntiStar base for Clan War that has some nice features, especially against attacks that are based on Yeti Bomb. Most attackers come in to get the Eagle Artillery with the Scattershot which looks like huge value but the trap setup with the Hidden Teslas can get the Battle Blimp down before they can do anything and you did mess up an attack really bad. I also really like how this base messes with funneling troops with the center section on the sides being laid inwards so troops are always tempted to go towards the corners instead of going in.

Farm: 7. Here we go with a really excellent base for Trophy Pushing that works great against Electro Dragons with a nice arrangement of defenses around the Air Defenses that will help to keep them from funneling towards the Air Defenses to keep them away from the center portion of this trophy base. One of my favorite pushing bases right now. Farm: 1. Are you looking for a farming base for Town Hall 13 to actually get all the needed resources to do all the upgrades? This base here works pretty well in protecting your loot, especially the Dark Elixir in the center.

The Scattershots here are in positions where they make sure they are in the best position to actually hit troops that walk behind some tanks and you can actually get some nice bang done here. The outside funnel is structured to make general funneling as messy as it can get with a few defenses on the outside to mess with the defense targeting troops a little bit.

First of all we have the all-time favorite E-Drag attacks that are all over the place. This TH13 War Base works quite well on the outside with several spots that can break the chain lightning skill of the Electro Dragons, as you can see here:.
